These take place at the Rockspring Community Centre, Sandiford Road, Ludlow, Shropshire SY8 1SX, Thursdays 7.00pm -8.30pm.
We are currently working on different pieces suited to the size of the band, this varies from week to week, as the band grows other pieces can be tackled.
New members are always welcome. No auditions are held but we recommend that players are at least grade 2. Membership is open to all, it is a community band for the community, come along and give us a try. We suggest that anyone interested in playing makes contact prior to attending their first rehearsal as this allows you to ask any questions and gives us time to prepare additional music if necessary. At the moment there is no subscription fee so it is free to join and participate. Music has been donated to the project and room hire is being met privately. Money has also been donated which is to be used to purchase more music and expand the repertoire.
