The Band This is growing and now has a flute, clarinets, oboe, trumpets, baritone, alto Saxes, tenor sax, baritone sax, french horn and BBb Tuba. More players are welcome. We need more flutes, a trombone and other wind and brass players. We are made up of adult and junior players, as long as you can play to a grade 2 standard you are welcome to come along to rehearsals, which take place at the Red Cross Centre, Smithfield Car Park, on Thursday evening 7pm til 8.30.

The Musical Director is Colin Reeves. He is an experienced musician and has taken the band from strength to strength. He studied the piano at the Birmingham Conservatoire and is an Associate of the Royal College of Organists.
The Treasurer is Amanda Pope who doubles up as a sax player.
Lynn Hughes is the Publicity Officer and is also a fine trumpeter.
